PDPL Disclosure Statement

This Disclosure Statement has been prepared by ECR Filo Anonim Şirketi ("Company") as data controller under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL"), in connection with the airport transfer, VIP transfer, hotel transfer, intercity transport and chauffeured car rental services operated under the Adana Airport Transfer brand at www.adanahavaalanitransfer.com.
2. Definitions
- Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- Data Subject: The guest, visitor or business partner whose personal data is processed.
- Data Controller: ECR Filo Anonim Şirketi, which determines the purposes and means of processing.
- Processing: Any operation performed on data, from collection through to erasure.
3. Categories of Personal Data We Process
Given the nature of transfer services, we process only the data required to plan and safely complete your journey:
- Identity and Contact: Full name, phone number, email address.
- Travel Data: Pick-up and drop-off points, transfer date and time, passenger and luggage count, flight number and flight time.
- Reservation and Financial: Reservation code, selected vehicle class, additional service requests, amount and payment method, invoicing details.
- Special Requests: Requests you share for the performance of the service, such as baby/child seats, accessibility needs or meet & greet.
- Transaction Security: IP address, browser and site usage records, cookie data.
Our Company does not request special categories of personal data, in particular health data, unless it is necessary for the performance of the service.
4. Purposes of Processing
- Creating, planning and issuing a voucher for your transfer reservation,
- Tracking your flight to set the meeting time and updating the plan in case of delay,
- Assigning a suitable vehicle and coordinating the meeting with your chauffeur,
- Carrying out payment, invoicing and accounting processes,
- Communicating for reservation confirmation, information and support,
- Evaluating requests, suggestions and complaints to improve service quality,
- Fulfilling legal obligations arising from legislation.
5. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected by automated and partially automated means through the reservation and contact forms at www.adanahavaalanitransfer.com, as well as by phone, WhatsApp, email and our support line.
Under Article 5 of the PDPL, this data is processed on the grounds that it is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for the establishment and protection of a right, and for the legitimate interests of our Company. Where none of these grounds apply, your explicit consent is obtained.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
Your data may be transferred to the following recipient groups, limited to and proportionate with the purpose:
- Assigned chauffeurs and supplier partners: Only at the level of meeting point, time and name, for the performance of the transfer.
- Authorised public institutions: As required by our legal obligations under passenger transport legislation, including notifications to the Transport Electronic Tracking and Auditing System (U-ETDS).
- Accountants, payment institutions and banks: For invoicing and payment processes.
- IT infrastructure providers: Within the scope of hosting, email and reservation software services.
Your personal data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
7. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to maintain session continuity, remember your language and currency preferences, and measure site performance. Consent is obtained for cookies other than strictly necessary ones; you may change your preferences or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
8. Retention and Destruction

As a data subject, under Article 11 of the PDPL you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it has been,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of incompletely or incorrectly processed data,
- Request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the Law,
- Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred,
- Object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis solely by automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing.
11. How to Apply
You may submit requests regarding your rights, together with information verifying your identity, by email to [email protected] or in writing to Emek Neighborhood, 41010 Street No:30, Floor 2, Seyhan / Adana. Your application will be concluded free of charge within a maximum of 30 days, depending on the nature of the request; if the process entails an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

ECR Filo Anonim Şirketi reserves the right to update this Disclosure Statement in line with legislative changes or developments in its service processes. The current version is always published at www.adanahavaalanitransfer.com.
